Applying scanning laser therapy, using single or multi diode lasers, makes it possible to treat larger areas that when contact therapy is applied, and to apply the therapy automatically, without the presence of an operator. The rule that applies to all forms of medical treatment applies to Laser treatment as well: the best results are obtained by therapists that have sound medical training, know how to listen to the patient, and have good intuitive skills.
