Outbound Caller

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Setting up individual meeting appointments, whether face-to-face, teleconferencing, virtual, or hybrid, involving Wellness PRO personnel from departments such as Marketing, Sales, or others, as well as external 3rd parties or groups (e.g., customers and clients).
- Updating and maintaining databases across different departments, including contact information, transaction records, and more.
- Conducting phone surveys as required.
- Making outbound calls for specific marketing campaign programs and activities.
- Providing outbound call support on a shared service basis to other departments, based on approved requests.
- Assisting with other assigned tasks as needed.
