Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the property by addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly.
- Assist with housekeeping duties to uphold cleanliness and organization standards.
- Contribute to creating a comfortable and pleasant living environment for residents.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing furniture, and addressing plumbing or electrical issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively.
- Assist with housekeeping tasks, including cleaning common areas, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and maintaining cleanliness in resident rooms or apartments.
- Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and appliances and arrange for repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance and housekeeping duties.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations related to maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management regarding maintenance and housekeeping matters.
- Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
